Pizza Vs. Skeletons is an amazingly fun paid app. You are a large pizza, and your sole mission in life is to defeat the skeletons! To do so you smash them, roll over them, save puppies, throw yourself down a hill, all sorts of odd side games. Each game within the game is quite entertaining, and I was very surprised at the number of mini-games. As you get higher up, you earn more money and can buy stupid stuff in the store, like toppings, wigs, or you can make yourself into something other than a pizza (for example a tire). I found myself trying to charge through levels just so I could get enough money to upgrade my pizza to have a Mohawk. All in all this is one of the few games I actually ended up keeping on my phone, because it’s ridiculous fun that’s hard to match.
Pizza Vs. Skeletons Walkthrough / Guide
This game has a great tutorial, not only at the beginning but as you play. All the different levels have a quick introduction, as well as pointers as you go. There are so many mini games within this game that it’s hard to explain the idea behind them all. The very basic ones are where you fight skeletons. There are typically two types of skeletons, ones that point spears towards you, and ones that point spears up. For the ones that point spears up, you simply roll towards them by tilting your device one way or the other. For ones that point towards you, you tap the screen to jump up, then when you are above them you tap it again to squash them. While in the air, you can control how fast or far you fly by tilting your device. If you are flying forward and want to slow down, turn your device the opposite direction. This comes in handy on games where you have to roll down a slope and pickup coins.
Graphics: Great. Everything is smooth, not only during game play but menus. All the movements your pizza makes are animated, funny and keep you in the game.
Sound/Music: Awesome. I love saving the puppies from skeletons!
Pros: A lot. I really enjoyed this game. I though the game was over when I completed the first 10 games, and then another group of 10 opened up, and it keeps going after that!
Cons: The only con I found with the game (and it’s on purpose from the developers I think) is that your pizza is huge. Which makes it hard to time when enemies come on the screen. Once again I think that it’s on purpose so that it makes the game more challenging.

Addiction level: High. I only had a couple minutes to play this right before I was supposed to go home from work, looked up and saw I had played for 45 minutes, so I told my wife I got a little overtime because I was too ashamed to tell her I was late because I was playing Pizza Vs. Skeletons.
