Big City Adventure: New York City

The Big City Adventure games are very popular kids apps for a reason. They’re both educational and fun to play. I downloaded the Big City Game for New York where you find objects anywhere from Little Italy to the Statue of Liberty. I really enjoyed the mini-puzzles in between the hidden object rounds where you have to solve the path to reveal your next destination.

Big City Games Walkthrough

Every other level is hidden pictures. The names of the objects you have to find are at the bottom of the screen. The items in blue text are extra hidden and can be found by clicking on the sparkling stars. From there a popup image appears and you can find the blue text items in the popup. Also, look out for hidden coins. The coins give you either extra points or extra hints.

Every time you touch something that isn’t correct, it minuses time from the clock. If you run out of time, the level resets with a different set of hidden objects. You receive extra points for finding things fast, for not using your coins, and for finding things quickly.

The Big City Games are a great way for your kid (or you) to pass the time and maybe even learn a little something about the city it takes place in.
