Trees of Life is a very pretty and relaxing game app. Every game starts with an assisted round. You’ll see a screen with blue dots, a red target, and two shadow targets. Place the red targets directly on the shadows. You’ll then see a tree grow from the center target and branches forming fractals. If you placed the targets directly on the shadowed targets then all of the blue dots will move down the branches and out the trunk, completing this first round.
From there you’re on your own. The object is to create a tree that touches all of the blue dots and clear the screen. Look at how the blue dots are grouped. If there is a clear division of two clusters, then take your two targets and place just under the center of each cluster. If you miss a few dots, you’ll see a shadow of the tree you just created and a shadow of where you just placed your targets. From there you can make adjustments to where you will go next.
You have lives indicated by the targets on the bottom right of the screen. If you don’t clear a screen, you lose one of those lives.
I found this to be quite the zen game. The trees you create are beautiful and the premise is really interesting.
