Basically, battles and other confrontations are solved through this system, using dice rolls and character stats. In true RPG form, these confrontations play out nicely through the game, with nail biting battles against criminals using a attack-defend set of dice rolls. It’s a fairly easy system to learn and your characters stats will make a big difference, so be sure to spend time leveling him up at every opportunity.

Visuals in Judge Dredd: Countdown Sector 106 are impressive. With illustrations by several different Judge Dredd artists, the overall graphic style is great, true to the Dredd tradition. There aren’t visuals on every page; instead, they are placed at pivotal moments in the game book. Such comic graphics may then be viewed at a later time through the gallery in the Achievements section.
