The Family Feud app is based on the popular American television show Family Feud. On the show, two families compete against each other guessing top answers to general questions that were previously answered by 100 people. Questions are usually very basic, like “Name ingredients in a cake,” or “name something you need to play tennis.”
In the Family Feud app you need to be online to play and you compete against a random person who has also logged in via Facebook. You can invite your friends to play by posting on their wall through the app. It costs 2 coins to play and you earn coins by winning rounds or by purchasing them. There are 3 rounds where you have to answer the top answers to a general question. You’ll earn double points for round two and triple points for round three. If you beat your opponent, you’ll go on to the fast money round where you give one answer for each question. If you score 200 or more you get awarded extra coins, if you don’t you can email or ask a friend on Facebook for help.
The Family Feud app is a nice diversion and I’m sure it would be great fun to play live with a friend. Be careful when you log in, each day you can spin a slot machine for free coins, though the second spin will cost you real money.
